The house is situated in a picturesque location on the border of the village centre, you are surrounded by a green pastures and immersed in sunshine whilst looking up to the majestic Sassolungo and the towering Sella Group.
The ski lifts and shops are within a short walking distance and there is a playground nearby to entertain our smaller guests.

By car
Val Gardena can be reached using the Brenner Motorway (A22). Coming from north, follow the route Innsbruck – Brennero
– Chiusa. Coming from south, follow Verona – Trento – Bolzano. Take the Chiusa/ Val Gardena exit. Following the well-
marked roads, you should reach Selva after 25 km in about 30 minuts.
Important: possibility to charge your battery electric vehicle in the garage of the house Granit (2 wallbox)

By train
From Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium, there are good IC and EC connections, coming from Munich,
Innsbruck, Brennero to Bressanone or Bolzano. Some trains stop in Chiusa. A bus service transports you from
Bressanone and Bolzano almost every hour to Val Gardena.

The nearest airports are in Bolzano (45 km), Innsbruck (115 km), Verona (ca. 210 km), Brescia (240 km), Munich (280 km),
Bergamo (290 km) and Milan (340 km).
