Your booking is just valid after the receipt of your written reservation (booking), as well as the agreed deposit. The deposit can be made by bank wire. This offers you the guarantee of the booking confirmation. The deposit is kept back in the case of refusal.

  • the prices are per apartment and per week (7 days);
  • included in the price is the parking in the garage and the WI-FI connection;
  • not included in the price the towels for the bathroom and the final cleaning;
  • pets (dogs and cats) are allowed by paying a price.
  • We remind you that from 01.01.2014 a LOCAL TAX will be levied on all stays in accommodation establishments
   (children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy).

The apartment is available on the the day of arrival at 3 p.m.; on the day of departure, we kindly ask you to leave the room not later than 9.00 a.m.
